Natasha Boston has worked at Community Council for 14 years, starting as an Assistant Teacher, through opportunity and education she was appointed as the Director of Operations in 2018. Natasha holds an undergraduate degree in Education from Millersville University and an MBA from Strayer University. Natasha has more than 25 years experience in working with children and families to improve personal outcomes.

Dana Thurston
Dana has been with the CCHS team for 14 years. She started in 2007 as a Classroom Clinician in the Therapeutic Emotional Support Classroom (TESC). In 2009 she was promoted to Clinical Supervisor, earning a further promotion to the role of Supervisor of the STS Program.
In 2011 she served as Director of the Children’s Outpatient Services and as of 2015 she has served the agency in the role of Director of Outpatient Services. Dana has over 25 years in the Mental Health field working in a variety of organizations (Residential Treatment Facilities, Schools, Foster care agencies, Outpatient facilities, Boys and Girls Club).
Dana is affiliated with the University of Wilmington as a Doctoral Candidate. She is also a member of the Delaware Money School, MHOP (Mental Health Outpatient), Collaborative Team (Philadelphia), BGR (Black Girls Run), Zumba Network (Instructor).

Folake Oniyide
As Clinical Supervisor of ARC, Folake provides leadership and direction to all administrative staffs regarding the overall operations and implementation of her program. She ensures clinical documentation requirements of the program are met in accordance with state and county licensing requirements. Folake also provides evidence-based psychotherapy in the primary environment respectful to the child/family/school schedule and as prescribed for authorization of medically necessary services.

Ke'in has been at CCHS for 4 years. He started as a Recovery Facilitator in the Recovery Paths program and later moved on to become the Coordinator of the same department. Currently Ke'in serves as the Director of Recovery Paths. His professional experience include Psychiatric Rehabilitation Clinician, Trauma Specialist, D&A specialist.

Melissa Riley
Divisional Director, Adult Services
Melissa Riley has been in working in the behavioral health field for 23 years. Ms. Riley currently possesses a Social Work License in the State of Delaware. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals who have a wide spectrum of mental, behavioral, and intellectual disabilities within the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties. Her clinical skills include individual and group therapy to children and adolescents, and family therapy. Ms. Riley offers an understanding of trauma-informed care practices. Ms. Riley has partnered with several schools and districts around the Philadelphia area. Ms. Riley provided individualized custom support to their admin teams regarding clinical interventions and system alignments.

Christina Hart started in the Coping Clinic (what is now Adult Outpatient/Wellness Center) in 2006 as a Registration Clerk in the Utilization Review Dept. She has since served the agency in the role of receptionist in the Children Outpatient Services Dept, as driver for the agency’s transportation department and latterly as Intake Specialist.
