At Community Council Health Systems (CCHS), we provide compassionate outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric challenges. Our goal is to help each individual better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills that support lasting wellness. Services include psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, and individual, group, and family therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs.

CCHS offers coordinated care for youth and adults ages 18 and older, supporting individuals and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic conditions, and other serious mental health challenges. Through therapy, case management, and community outreach, our dedicated team partners with participants to provide guidance, support, and tools for a healthier and more hopeful future.
